Nashville: Beautiful Home Sales of 2021
The Music City Group has had the pleasure of selling several beautilful homes all around Nashville this year. From East Nashville to the Nations, and everywhere in between, we have been busy in Music City!
Here are some of our personal favorites...
City Heights in West Nashville
City Heights is a new development located on the west side of Nashville. The rooftop deck of each home features stunning skyline views of downtown Nashville. It is very close to the popular L&L Marketplace and One City, which features sand volleyball, several restaurants, and gyms.
The Nations is located on the west side of Nashville and has become an extremely popular area to live in recent years. Developers have torn down older homes and built magnificent moderns all over the community. In the Nations, you can find trendy shops and boutiques, several restaurants, and plenty of Nashville history as well. Not to mention some of the cities most popular murals!
Sylvan Park, also located on the west side of town, is a long-time desirable community to reside in. Just minutes from West End, newer, modern homes are being developed but many historics remain as well. McCabe golf course and the ever-popular Sylvan Park Cafe are located in this charming Nashville neighborhood.
The Gulch / Gulch View
The Gulch continues to grow as one of the most popular areas in Nashville. Tourists love the boutique hotels, endless restaurant options, and luxury shopping the Gulch has to offer. (And let's not forget the very Instagrammable angel wings mural!)
Gulch View is set atop Nashville and has become a highly desirable area for real estate; drawing from the Gulch but in close proximity to other hot areas such as Edgehill and Music Row.
Located adjacent to iconic Music Row, Edgehill provides home buyers a great location in Nashville. You will find beautifully renovated and charming homes in the Edgehill neighborhood. And in the heart of the community is Edgehill Village which offers boutique shopping, dining, and local favorites such as Barcelona Wine Bar and Old Glory.
Downtown - The 505
Downtown Nashville's condo market has grown exponentially in recent years due to the high real estate market demand. We love the 505 Nashville for many reasons; first, it's stunning! And the amenities are endless; salt water pool, tennis court, fire pit lounge, dog park, fitness center, game room... we could go on! Not to mention you're walking distance from Broadway and all things that represent quintessential Nashville.
Hillsboro Village is a very livable and walkable community just west of Downtown and Midtown. It has always been a hot spot for college students, as it is located between Belmont and Vanderbilt University. But the area has been full of growth recently adding several new boutiques and restaurants like Taco Mama, Greenery Co., and Ruby Sunshine bringing tourists into this usual "locals only" neighborhood.
East Nashville, located over the Cumberland River, continues to be a highly desired area to live in Music City. The charming homes dating back to the early 1900s give this neighborhood a cool, eclectic vibe. Five Points is a hot spot for locals with several bar and restaurant options. East Nashville is also home to several parks and hosts many unique festivals.
