Brentwood Living: Parks & Trails

Brentwood Parks & Trail System

The City of Brentwood has developed eight paved trails, each marked by color, for the public to enjoy. Whether for exercise or to simply admire the beautiful outdoors, you can walk, skate, or bike your way around Brentwood without touching a busy street!

Most greenways will lead you to city parks that offer other amenities. Crockett Park, which has a disc golf course and an amphitheater, can be found within the green and black trails. Or you may find yourself in River Park, as you stroll along the Little Harpeth River on the yellow trail. And the picturesque Marcella Vivrette Smith Park, which is the largest in Brentwood and is home to the Riverwood Mansion, can be found on the orange trails leading to Split Log Road.

While walking or biking these paths, you may also notice some of the eye-catching and stately homes in the communities surrounding the greenways. These highly desirable neighborhoods are just a stroll away from the beauty of the parks but still very close to the amazing amenities the city of Brentwood offers.
